Exceptional customer service from Desmond Mosiki

<p>I won't go into the whole story right now, but I can without a doubt say well done to Outsurance for having staff like Desmond. What an absolute pleasure it was dealing with him on the phone as well as on e-mail. AND I could sense that he did his job with a smile because he was always friendly and when someone smiles and give their best service, you can hear it in their voice.</p> <p>Thank you Desmond. I pray they look after you. </p>
