I recently purchased a brand new vehicle and needed vehicle insurance before I could take up ownership. Went on the outsurance website to request a quote. Within seconds I was contacted by a consultant. She took me through the process asked all the questions which I answered. Was shocked with the lower premium offer. Much less than I expected. . Accepted the quote . Before concluding the call received my policy documents which I could review and ask for clarity on any questions I had before ending our call. Excellent customer service, affordable premium and well done to the consultant . Definitely knows her job.
