Exceptional customer service

I got a call from a very clued up lady (Nonkululeko Masuku) I am still blown away, everything from product knowledge to up-selling, respect and humour. She is a full package when it comes to exceptional customer service, we need such people in the industry who will instill client confidence. For a moment I thought I was talking to the manager. I was tempted to take up the offer However I need to consult with my wife before :). Keep up the good work Nonkululeko, I pray and hope you energy doesn't die out.
