Exceptional customer service!!

<p>I was involved in a major car accident less than 2 weeks ago, in which my (almost brand new) car was written off. Since the very first interaction with Outsurance regarding the claim, I received great customer service. I received constant updates on the progress of the claim, and within 2 weeks, the claim was finalised. They even extended my rental car period to assist me in the process of finding a new vehicle. I have to specifically mention Lindie Buckle, who went out of her way to get this claim finalised asap. Not only did she make sure her side of the claim was processed asap, she also followed up with other departments, and provided me with updates, even after her work was done. Thank you Lindie, and everyone else at Outsurance, for exceptional customer service!!</p>
