Around 3 years ago I had a problem with my geyser at home...and at that specific time the good Lord blessed us with a beautiful child. Having said that I was totally overwhelmed as to how I would resolve the issue considering that fact that it was a weekend, we had a newly born baby at home and loads of visitors. He walked the extra mile to resolve my issue in just minutes, and took the initiative to follow up with me to find out if the issue was resolved. Its been 3 years now and the exceptional service still lingers with me!
