Exceptional customer service

On the evening of my accident Sikhulile Mduli provided me with exceptional customer service. Not only did she give me all the required information but she also followed up if I was okay and ensure I can phone her if I need anything. Sikhulile also informed me until what time I could contact her that evening before she leaves work. The following day Sikhulile followed up again. Today, 2 weeks after my accident do I receive a gift, yes a gift, from Sikhulile and team Outsurance. Absolutely in awe of the outstanding customer service received.
