Exceptional customer experience is the best way to sum up my review! Melissa Koekemoer was the young lady that assisted me with my car insurance as well as household insurance. I work in retail, so I asked her when she called me one afternoon, to please call me at 7 pm that same evening. Not thinking much about someone keeping their word anymore as South Africa's service levels have decreased so much. It was 19:00:04 and my phone rang and upon answering I heard this friendly voice on the other side saying "Hi Mevrou du Toit, is dit n geskikte tyd om te gesels?". She literally stayed after hours to make sure that I get what I app**** for online. Being friendly, helpful, patient and passionate about giving me the best service and solution she can. Well done and a true asset to Outsurance. I will stay an Outsurance client as long as people like Melissa Koekemoer work there.
