Exceptional claim turn around time

I had an accident in July 29 called the claims department, they called back for more details on Monday 30th July by the 01. august my claim was approved and they went the extra mile by settling with me since the panel beater was more than 100km away. I also had my cuortesey car. Big up to Loreal.
