Excellent World-Class Service Delivery

I submitted a claim for our vehicle on Monday, 29 July 2024, following an unforeseen accident on our premises. I was referred to the assessment centre in our area for 9 am the next morning. The assessor took photos for review and authorization and advised he would be in contact the same day.

Upon returning home, I received a call from the assessor informing me that the claim had been approved. I was pleasantly surprised, as such efficient service is rare nowadays. Service delivery is clearly the number one priority for Outsurance. I am now waiting for the panel beaters to contact me, but I am reassured that the vehicle will be repaired and am at peace knowing the claim has been approved.
