Excellent warm service!

I would like to commend Mathapelo for her outstanding customer service! She was so professional, friendly and incredibly helpful in explaining some of the things that I needed clearity on. She called my mother and made it so comfortable for her to tell her about her health issues which I believe requires someone to be emotionally intelligent, trustworthy and kindhearted especially when dealing with a stranger.
