Excellent Unexpected help

Received a desperate call from my son , water damage on his computer while studying for his first exam at varsity. To cut a long story short Neritha and Outsurance assisted when it was not specifically covered. The call was locked at 10H00. Was informed it will be refered and might take up to 3 days. I explained the need (Exams at university computer (connecting to social media I suppose) ) to Neritha. I picked up a new computer for my son at 14H00 same day. Now that is not only excellent service in SA, where complaining about bad service is a national sport but I think compared to any insurance company anywhere in the world it is excellent. Well done and thank you Neritha and Outsurance!!!
