<p>I had submitted a claim on after having someone crash into me at work. I was frustrated when the accident happened and called Outsurance to submit my claim. Enter Nolene Smit. I am not sure what training she got but she immediately made feel at ease. She walked me through the entire process and it felt like the accident would be resolved without any hassle. Not only did she sms me the details but also emailed me to ensure that i was able to provide the correct documents needed for the claim. </p> <p>She is a treasure and a pleasure to work with.
