Had a lightning incident that damage 2 x borehole pumps that we do require for irrigation on the farm. After doing the inittial problem finding and realising the pumps were damage by lightning, I logged a claim with Outsurance. Provided the fault analysis and repair cost after my initial phone discussion with the consultant via email.

The claim was approved and settled on the same day.

The consultant - Enhle Thela - kept me updated on the process of the claim throughtput this process and was professional but friendly in her interaction with my at all times.
