Excellent Service with OutSurance Pet Insurance

I submitted my first claim against my petinsurance this past week. When I contacted Outsurance they provided me with a reference number and said somebody would get back to me to assist me. I got a call from Sizwe and had to ask him to call me back in an hour cause I was going into a meeting. An hour later he phone and provide extremely friendly service and advising what exactly they needed to finalize the claim. The claim was paid within 3 working days. I will happily recommend Outsurance Per Insurance.
