What a pleasure to deal with a friendly, efficient person! I was difficult to track down, every time Shena tried to call me I was not able to give her the time she required to give me a quote. She eventually was happy to go the extra mile and call me at 7:45pm when she was going to stop work at 8pm. She happily finished her work with me at 8:39 without problem! I am so grateful for people like her!
