Excellent service recovery!
After 16 years of being a client, I had a bad experience with an advisor. After voicing my dissatisfaction, the experience was turned around and the service recovery was outstanding. All in all, I would not judge from one bad experience but on the outcome of the experience. Will recommend Outsurance.
