Excellent service received from Octavia. I had alot of questions about the full comprehensive plan, to which she took the time to explain in detail. She had also called me back as my airtime could run out, she truly went the extra mile to explain the fantastic benefits I get on my outsurance plan. I'm so relieved I joined outsurance, and I'm quite happy with my cover. The agent was very accommodating and not pushy like the other insurance companies, but rather very informative.
