Excellent service received from consultant

My car broke down and I needed to be towed. I contacted the Outsurance Help Line, where my call was answered by Avril Hoskins.<br> I can not rate the service received highly enough. Avril was extremely friendly and efficient and assisted me extremely well. She made sure that I was assisted by the towing company and followed up continuously to ensure that I was alright. The towing company arrived about 25 minutes after the call was placed, which is a very impressive response time. <br> I can highly recommend this service that is offered by Outsurance. It really was refreshing that such a large company offered such personalised service in a time of need.<br> Many thanks to Avril for being one of the best call centre consultants that I have ever had the pleasure of calling for assistance!!
