Excellent Service Received

On Friday 29/05/2015 I had an incident with my car, whereby it didn't want to start. First thing came to mind Battery Flat. I phoned into the call centre scared and irritated as im so use to other companies being so 'don't really care attitude'. Nella answered the call and assisted me immediately without giving me hassles or sounding irritated, knowing no one really wants to work at 22:00pm. She organised within minutes for road side assistance and phoned me 4 times even after her 'job' was done. I really felt at ease knowing they do actually care about me as a person and not just a claim or my money. Thank you Nella for your excellent service and making sure I'm okay.
