Excellent service received

Want to thank Jeanine Viljoen at Outsurance Claims Department for the excellent service received. She was able to get our access claimed from the party who bumped into the back of my car AND her feedback was just excellent. She constantly kept me updated on the progress of the claim and if she was unable to to reach me telephonically, she would sent an sms and e-mail. I was therefore never kept in the dark!
