Excellent Service Received

<p>After my accident in October 2016, I recieved the most helpful and professional service from all the Outsurance consultants I dealt with, from arranging a towing service to a courtesy car. My car was fixed within 3 weeks of the accident. I did not have to lift a finger as everything was done for me and without any delay. A lovely lady by the name of Roxanne Campbell called me to advise me that she will be working to recover my excess. She kept me informed periodically so I was never in the dark. She also advised on all the processes so that I knew what to expect. To my surprise, she contacted me this morning and advised that she was successful in recovering my excess. I give Outsurance a 10/10 for excellent service.</p>
