Excellent service received

<p>I would like to commend Amelia van der Merwe from Outsurance for the awesome service that I received from her. I was involved in a “stoning” with the student protests and it was a traumatic experience to deal with. Amelia dealt with the issue with total professionalism and empathy. Not only that, she also dealt with my claim in a way that I didn’t have to stress about anything. She sorted out the windscreen and window issue and followed up with Glasfit and let me know exactly what was happening. Before I even asked about the body work, she had arranged for an assessment to be done. Amelia took my traumatic event and made my life easier that I didn’t have to worry about anything. In a country where people are quick to complain, it’s not often that people are quick to compliment. I believe in giving credit where it is due. Thank you Amelia for your fantastic service! It’s been a while since I received service that delighted me even though the circumstances were not ideal. The world needs more people like Amelia.
