Excellent Service - puts your mind at ease...

<p>I have been with OUTsurance for over 10 years, and luckily my last claim was in 2007. I had an accident on Friday and OUTsurance have been amazing! My repairs are still in progress, so we are still in the middle of alll this, but so far, my claims advisor Rethabile Aphane has been a total pleasure to deal with. She is responsive, helpful and efficient! All of my queries are addressed almost instantaneously. This accident was not my fault, so I am also hoping that Outsurance will be able to recover my excess from the other party. Will keep you posted!</p>
