Excellent Service - Outsurance Well done a very satisfied client

I recently chipped the windscreen of my car. The chip let to a crack and the windscreen had to be replaced. From my first interaction with the call centre agent to the actual replacement of the windscreen it was excellent service all the way. I was kept in informed every step of the way, either via emails, sms or voice calls. The company MyGlass has a mobile unit and my windscreen was fixed at my home. Now that is service excellence for you. I did not have to drive to their premises. I have been a loyal client of Outsurance for years and have always received good service but this time around they went above good to absolutely excellent
