Excellent Service- Outsurance going the extra mile

<p>I phoned Outsurance to take one car off my insurance and add a new one. From the moment that they answered the phone I was treated as if I am their one and only customer. Never in my 63 years have I had such excellent service with ANY company really treating me like a queen. The person that answered " Outsurance, how can I make your day" was Nina Green and I felt important from that moment, till we said goodbey, and she really made my day. It is not offen that you deal with call centres and people like Nina Green going that extra mile to sort out your problem to the smallest detail. Nina did not leave me in the dark as to what i should do with my emobilizer, but even looked up the closest agent to me and supp**** me with their street address. Nina, all I can say is that Outsurance is priviledged to have you in their team. It is people like you who will make me stay with Outsurance even if i get a cheaper quote somewhere else.
