I submitted a claim for pet insurance and had the pleasure of interacting with Sizwe who handled my claim. He was patient in listening to my query. He asked the necessary questions and went over and beyond to offer solutions. He processed my claim and then referred me for advice to another department. He just didn't transfer the call where I would have to explain myself again, but he communicated with the consultant the reasons why I needed additional assistance. He sent me a follow up email for additional documents, and what pleased me most was the fact that he contacted the doctor's rooms for the form which was outstanding, as he wanted to process my claim timeously. He also contacted me telephonically, advising that the claim was approved and when the funds were expected to reflect in my account. I was so impressed with him and I my having such a great client experience. Thank you Sizwe for your professionalism in dealing with my claim for making your company proud.
