My wife had an accident, when I arrived at the accident scene I felt at ease knowing that we are covered by Outsurance, i called the emergency number and the consultants 1st concern was if wife is okay, that was so comforting. I was quickly assisted and a towing service provider contacted to tow car to Outsurance yard to be assessed. I was continuously kept updated , via phone call and SMS. A gentleman named Ratish Kandhai was appointed as my Advisor, what a good representation he was for Outsurance, he kept me updated via email and telephonic, I never once had to follow up, he never gave me a chance to, he was very efficient and I was at ease through the whole process. My claim was settled. What a happy experience dealing with Outsurance. I have been dealing with Outsurance for about 11 years had multiple cars insured by them, even added my house insurance. I would recommend them in an instant.
