Excellent Service Outsurance

My car was involved in an accident on Wednesday, I requested a call back from Outsurance on the Thursday, Tebogo Aphane at Outsurance got in contact with me. She patiently, politely and highly professionally assisted me with my claim submission. I was told that the assessor will call to view the vehicle which was promptly done. I was later informed that my car was a write off to which I will be paid out within 3 to 5 working days. I was amazed when the payment reflected in my bank account on day 3.
