<p>i called in to change my banking details because i changed banks recently. i also called two other service providers before calling outsurance. i was surprised at the service difference between the other two and outsurance. Lerato was polite ,friendly and very efficient. she did not put me on hold which was a PLUS and kept me informed during the call which i highly appreciate. she was fast and she knew her stuff. big ups to Lerato. your service was worth this review. keep up the good work outsurance and give that gal a raise!</p>
