Excellent Service Krenashin

I would like to commend Krenashin on the outstanding assistance he provided during my interaction with him. We had a problem with our electricity for 3 days & I called Outsurance to assist. Krenashin received my call with a friendly disposition & always kept us up to date with the progress. He arranged for an electrician to be sent out immediately & arranged a temporary fix until further repairs. His product knowledge was excellent & was able to answer all my queries.
