Excellent service in processing claim

I have been an Outsurance client for more years than I can remember. Apart from the odd windscreen claim every few years (just part of living in Gauteng), I have never had any claims, but 2019 has not been a great year. First, I had to do a windscreen replacement claim on my new car that was a month old, my wife's car was side swiped by a taxi and my wifes phone ****** out of her handbag while at the traffic department. Last week my daughter's phone was ****** at school and I surely thought that there would be issues submitting my fourth claim for the year. The consultant I dealt with (NTLHARI MACHIMANA) wasn't just empathetic to the issues I've had the year so far, but was extremely friendly and efficient in processing the claim. I will never contemplate moving my business elsewhere and Ntlhari needs to be given a massive Pat on the back for excellent client service. Thank you Outsurance.
