He assisted me with quotes, explained the different options and made helpful suggestions without ever being pushy. What I appreciated most was his patience and understanding. At one point I told him not to bother me while I considered my options, and he respected that completely. When we eventually decided to go ahead, he was there to assist us again and made the process smooth and easy.
