Excellent service from start to finish

I had an accident which was not my fault. Someone shot a stop street and hit me. Outsurance handled the situation from the very beginning by sending out a tow truck, getting me home, doing the assessment and payout, and then recovering my excess. I signed one form which was collected from me along with the other documentation Outsurance needed by a courier. I never had to go anywhere to collect or deliver forms, I filled out no forms. They did it all for me!! It was a huge relief as I, like many others I am sure, do not have a great deal of spare time to deal with things like this. This is also the first time an Insurance Company has managed to get back my excess. Thank you!
