Excellent Service from Sipho Mafu

<p>I wish to commend Outsurance and Ms Mafu on excellent customer service. I crashed with my bicycle 30 Oct 2016 and is currently recovering from a broken elbow. Then still have to worry about insurance and a damaged bicycle. On Monday 7 Nov in the evening I logged a claim on the website and Tuesday 8 Nov Ms Mafu calls. Probably one of the most friendliest staff member I ever encountered. She was professional, explained things thoroughly. Immediately the same day a service provider contacted me for collection of bicycle for an assessment. They picked it up and submitted a quote for repair. Thursday 10 Nov I get a call to say that the claim has been approved. Now this is excellent service. I am dissappointed I'm losing my outbonus though, but that's how the rules play out. Time will tell if the service provider delivers as promised but Outsurance has really come to the party. Many thanks</p>
