Excellent service from Shena @ Outsurance

Wow wow wow! Excellent service. Even though I decided in the end not to migrate my insurance to Outsarance, Shena was most definitely a delight to interact with! She truly went out of her way to try to get me the best possible price and to explain to me the company's policies.

Even after I informed her that I would not be joining Outsurance, she did not hesitate to advise me on how to possibly save money and ensure that I get the best service from my current insurance provider.

Shena's manager, if you are reading this, give this lady a raise! I truly believe that she embodies the image and values that you want your company to portray to the public.
