Excellent service from Raees in outsurance customer care department. I had a problem with my instalment not going off my account as i admit in these trying times, there was insufficient funds and I contacted outsurance following an incident and Raees has said that if my premium goes off tomorrow(the 19th July ) then the incident will be covered!

Thank you Raees. This company is great and their concern for clients is second to none

I take evry single word back regarding Outsurance...
The customer care was excellent but woe is me the claims departemsnt is pathetic when it came to handling my claim ....
