Excellent Service from Rae Pretorius

<p>I recently enquired on insurance cover from Outsurance, not really intending to move from my existing company. I enquired on line and within minutes, Rae Pretorius called me. The process was quite lenghthy and I did not have enough time to go through all my vehicles and personal effects. She then committed to call be back at a more convenient time which she did. She went through the process in the most friendly but professional manner. She followed up thereafter on a number of occasions and eventually convinced me to accept the quotation which I did. What a wonderful experience. I just hope that the rest of the staff at Outsurance are as professional and competent as Rae. Thank you for a wonderful experience</p>
