Excellent Service from Outsurance

When the need arose to claim for accident damage to my car I was did not want to go the telephone way. I contacted Outsurance on their Facebook Messenger page and explained my problem. To my great surprise a reply was received almost immediately. From there all correspondence was by way of Messenger and E-mail. When some personal questions had to be answered I was phoned by an adviser.
