EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM OUTSURANCE CALL CENTRE

I contacted Outsurance to change the banking details for my debit order and had the good fortune of getting through to Rudolph Schiff at their Call Centre. Although changing banking details for a client must be the most tedious of jobs, Rudolph was very entertaining during our telephone call. He changed the details within minutes whilst keeping a conversation going. I had to change all my debit orders but this is the one call that really stood out - he was energetic and friendly, turning a very boring subject into a friendly conversation. He is a great ambassador for Outsurance.
