Excellent service from Outsurance

I recently locked my keys in my car. I called Outsurance for help. Within 3 minutes I received an SMS advising me of the locksmith that would be coming out. 2 minutes later the locksmith called to advise he was on his way. Within the 45 minutes, as promised by Outsurance the locksmith was there, my car was unlocked and I was back on my way to work. During those 45 minutes I received 5 calls from Outsurance to follow up.
