Excellent Service from Outsurance

On Saturday 23 March 2019 we were travelling from Mafikeng (our home town) to Umhlanga Rocks. We made the mistake of travelling on the road between Viljoenskroon and Kroonstad. Around 7 am we hit a pothole with the left tyres. We ended up with two flat tyres 50 km from Kroonstad. I called Outsurance and was rendered outstanding service. We were informed that Impala Towing would be the appointed service provider. Due to the remote area and the bad road it would take them 90 minutes to reach us. During this time we were regularly contacted to confirm that we were fine. When the tow truck arrived the driver was actually on the line with Outsurance who had called him to confirm where he was and when he would arrive. He was requested to hand the phone to us to confirm that we were with him and that our problem would be attended to. Our Mercedes was carefully and expertly upload and we were taken to Supa Quick in Kroonstad where we were able to replace the two tyres. We were then able to proceed to our holiday destination. We arrived a little later than planned but safely and very, very happy that we were Outsurance clients. We would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for the way this incident was resolved. We had no excess payment for the tow-in, we just paid for the tyres. I will remain a faithful Outsurance client for sure!
