Excellent service from OUTsurance

I unfortunately had two high value claims within a few days of one another. The first was for an electronic failure on a Scott eMTB, causing it to be written off, and the second claim was for water damage to a Samsung S21 Ultra phone, also causing it to be written off. Princess Shabangu handled the bike claim, and Hlolang Dixie, the phone claim. Both of these ladies were absolute gems. They were incredibly thorough and detailed at every step of the way. Both went out of their way to ensure that they had all the information they needed for a correct decision to be made. It is good to know that OUTsurance employee great people, like Hlolang and Princess, and that they are there to support their clients when they are truly needed. Well done!
