Excellent service from Outsurance

I received a letter informing me of an increase of the rates. After speaking to Lzeri Swart and updating my details she managed to lower my premium to even less that it was before the increase letter. I could completely relate to her and she definitely had empathy with me. Very friendly and willing to help.
