Excellent service from Outsurance

<p>I was involved in a pothole incident in March 2016. I haveclaimed from Outsurance to have 2 Tyres and mag wheels replaced on my BMW . Outsurance have setled my claim minus the access of R4000,00. I have later received a mail requesting any evidence that I might have regarding the incident in order for Outsurance to recover the claim from the municipality ,thereafter I have rep**** with the photo's of the pothole and the damage to my vehicle as well as the locotion of the incident. I have received a mail today from Outsurance confiming that they have refunded my full access into my bank account. Now thats what I call service</p>
