Excellent service from Outsurance

We had our house broken into, and electronic items, jewellery, and cash was ******. I contacted Outsurance on the 30th of April, and the Person that I spoke to was extremely helpful and understanding. This was the first time that I have had to claim from an insurance. I was then contacted by Mayan from the Assessors Department on Monday and he went to see my wife on Tuesday. He then contacted me on Wednesday (as I was unable to take his call on Tuesday) and went through the claim with me and asked me to blacklist the cellular telephones and send him the details. I did this on Thursday and sent him the details at 11am. Mayan then called me at about 2pm and the claim was concluded! I never thought that a claim could be concluded so quickly!<br> <br> I think that the way that all the employees from Outsurance handled the situation (as it was traumatic for my wife, she was held up in the house) is a testament to the way that they carry out their business. I cannot thank Outsurance enough for all the help and compassion that they gave.<br> <br> Good on you Outsurance!
