Excellent service from Mike Robinson

Mike has been an absolute star! I am a long time Outsurance client but have not been this pleased ever.<br> <br> After buying a new car, I called the call centre to add the new car. It was just before 17:00 but Mike was as patient and helpful as can be imagined. After getting my tracker certificate, I simply sent it to Mike (and not the generic e-mail address I was supposed to) and he sorted it out immediately.<br> <br> No mess no fuss. Thank you so much! The world needs more people with your attitude Mike.
