Excellent service from Mario Smith

I was in a vehicle accident last week, and my car was written off. Apart from the claim being handled most efficiently by OUTsurance, Mario Smith picked up on their system that I would be buying a new car. He called me and within a few minutes my new car - which I still have to buy - has been insured. I could tell him exactly what I have arranged with the dealer, and I just have to call back with minor details such as the registration number and VIN. If I could speak to such a friendly and nice young man at least once everyday, I would be a very privileged person. Thanks Mario, and all the best for the future.
