Excellent Service from Luyanda Sibeko

I joined Out effective 25/11/2017 and the following morning my phone was ****** at my house. I didn't even know where to begin as I am new in the company. I submitted my claim and an assessor by the name of Luyanda Sibeko was assigned to me. the first call we has, I had palpitations and she grilled me to he core :) that lady knows her job. my service provider was unable to blacklist my phone. Luyanda would call and talk to them on my behalf, she even escalated the matter to the Supervisors with my service provider. She made sure that they do their job. at last my phone was blacklisted thanks to this lovely lady.

she then proceeded to process my claim.

I am so happy that I had to deal with Luyanda regarding this, she made the process seem easy and made me feel at ease. I would recommend OUT to anyone in my circle.
