I am such a happy client right now, im over the moon with he level of service received from Outsurance and particularly Lindie, for processing my claim right to booking in my car for panel beating and paying excess, she has kept me in the loop of every step of the claim , I never not even once I had to call her or Outsurance to find out what's happening with my claim it was a painless experience right though, Lindi is a Star with a Rock on the side and I hope her bosses are appreciative of her she knows her staff and very friendly, and for that level of service I have no intentions of moving away from Outsurance no matter what.
