I would just like to thank Jacky from Outsurance for her quick and friendly service I have just received. I have submitted a complaint on 03 December 2018 around 10:36 and received a phone call at 03 December 2018 @ 10:39 where she explained the matter to me.

We really need more of you on the other side of the line.
